Mr. Alexander Helmel reports
Network Completes Due Diligence on Potential South American Gold and Copper Projects
Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET.H, OTCPK:NETYF) announced today that it has completed its due diligence process on potential gold and copper projects in South America and is moving forward with negotiations.
Led by Senior Geologist Mr. Marco Fernandez Concha, Network President Mr. Alexander Helmel, and Director of International Operations Mr. Richard Schnoor have completed a comprehensive visit to a range of select gold and copper projects in Southern Peru and Northern Chile. Following a thorough due diligence process including review from our advisory board member Mr. Ken Thorsen, Network Exploration is now proceeding with negotiations for potential acquisition of one or more target projects in this region.
Chile and Peru host some of the worlds largest producing gold, silver, and copper mines and are home to many foreign mining and mining exploration corporations. Chile has historically offered a stable foreign investment climate and Peru, having now elected Mr. Alan Garcia as president during the June 5th 2006 runoff election, is expected to continue to offer foreign companies a stable investment environment.
“Now that the election in Peru is complete, our confidence in Peru is assured and we will be moving forward with potential acquisitions in this mineral-rich country,” says Mr. Richard Schnoor, Director of International Operations. “We are looking forward to developing our existing relationships with key contacts in Peru and continuing our efforts toward the acquisition of exploration properties in Chile and Peru.“
