UPDATED 43-101 SUBMITTED FOR CALDERA

Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET.H) is pleased to announce that the updated National Instrument 43 -101 report for the Caldera property has been submitted to the Exchange for review in accordance with Tier II graduation requirements.

As stated in the Company’s news release of April 25, 2007, the NI 43-101 report provides updated technical information describing the geology and work programs for the Caldera property. This report will be used by the Company as a guide for upcoming exploration programs and will be reviewed by the Exchange as part of the Company’s reactivation.

The Caldera NI 43 -101 report has been prepared by independent Professional Engineer Mr. Peter Folk, a qualified person to write this report as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101 - standards of disclosure for mineral projects.
