NETWORK EXPLORATION TO LIST ON LIMA EXCHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET) is pleased to announce that it has taken steps to begin listing and trading of the Company's securities on the Peruvian Stock Exchange - the Bolsa De Valores De Lima (BVL). Listing over 250 companies, the BVL trades an average of $32 million per day according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

Network Exploration's existing projects and future acquisition targets are currently focused in Chile and Peru. The BVL listing will allow local investors and funds who are interested in the Company a simpler avenue to purchase the Company's stock.

The Company's properties in Chile and Peru are located along the major north-south fault line where mines provide almost half the world's copper - an essential element in the infrastructure programs of many nations. Chile, home to Network's Caldera property, is the world’s leading producer of copper.
