NETWORK HOLDS AGM - ALL RESOLUTIONS PASSED AND BOARD MEMBERS APPOINTED

Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET) held its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) today (May 27, 2010) at 9:00 AM. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to vote were passed and the following directors were re-appointed: Alexander Helmel, Richard Schnoor, Kenneth Thorsen, and Robert Friesen.

As detailed in the information circular dated April 26, 2010, the shareholders of the Company have: 1) appointed Morgan and Co. as auditor for the ensuing year, 2) ratified and approved the continuation of the Company's 10% rolling share option plan, 3) approved the consolidation of the issued and outstanding Class A Common Shares of the Company on a basis of six Class A Common Shares for one Class A Common Share, and 4) approved certain alterations to the Company's current articles.

The Company's Board of Directors will proceed with the alteration of the Company's articles and the share consolidation as planned.
