NETWORK EXPLORATION REPAYS LOAN / ISSUES STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET)announces that it has repaid the principal amount of $250,000 in relation to the promissory note dated and announced May 5, 2010.
Stock Options: The Company has granted 1,000,000 incentive stock options to directors, key employees, and consultants at an exercise price of $0.10 per share. These options are exercisable for a period of five years and are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
