NETWORK APPOINTS URIBE AS CFO
Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET)) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Moises Uribe as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Uribe has extensive training in Management Accounting with experience in operations management, investment banking, corporate finance and securing capital for publicly traded companies. Moises serves as the CFO for Mountainview Capital and brings strategic connections to the Latin-American mining industry.
Mr. Uribe obtained his B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia. Moises Uribe replaces Richard Schnoor who remains the Company's Director of International Operations, allowing Mr. Schnoor to focus exclusively on the completion of the pending Picha property acquisition as announced on April 11, 2011.
In connection with the appointment, the Company has granted 125,000 stock options to Mr. Uribe at a price of $0.10 for a period of five years. Network Exploration Ltd. is a mineral exploration company committed to building shareholder value through the acquisition of base and precious metal properties in North and South America.
